The 2014 BMBL championship series match-ups are set in three out of the four leagues. In the MABL, the defending champions, Ben's Dream White Sox advance to the finals for the third straight year after sweeping the Cutters in round one and then a tough Dodgers squad who upset the #1 seeded Spinners in the first round. The White Sox will face the Athletics, winners of the first round with a sweep of the Red Sox and then a battle with the Grays that would take all five games of the series to decide. The first game of the MABL championship is set for Sunday, September 21, 9:30 AM at Ryan Field in Charlestown.

In the MSBL American League, the Winchester Chiefs will face off against the defending champion, Newton Red Sox. The Chiefs were able to sweep the Cardinals in the first round and then go on to defeat the Breakers in the semis. As the 1-seed, the Red Sox earned a bye in the first round and went on to sweep the Brewers in the semis. The MSBL AL championship series is set to begin on Sunday, September 21, 9:00 AM at Newton South High School.

In the MSBL National League, the Braintree Braves will take on the defending champions, JM Force of Hyde Park. The Braves, winners of ten in a row to close out the regular season, earned themselves the 2-seed and a first round bye. After an 11-day break, the Braves defeated the Bombers in the semis, behind some great pitching and defense. JM Force also earned themselves a bye in the first round by taking the 1-seed for the second year in a row. This also earned the Force a whopping 21-day break before taking out the Senators in two games during the semis; the first game taking 11 grueling innings to decide. The MSBL NL championship series will begin on Sunday, September 21, 1:00 PM at Ryan Field.

Best of luck to all teams!
